3. Customer Network (for Agents and Distributors)

To create a sub-account for a customer, in the side menu of your desktop click on “Administration” and then “My Network” and “Account Management”

To the right of “Account Management” click the “Create Sub-Account” button

A form will be displayed with two (or three) sections (depending on the type of account you have yourself).

General Information

Here you can enter the data of your customer, the only mandatory data for you are “Account Manager Email”, “Subdomain”, “Account Type” and the “Plan”. All other data you can fill them in or let your customer or sub-account fill them in. Understand what this data means:

  • “Administrator’s email”, is the email of your client, with which you are going to operate in the platform
  • “Subdomain”, generally your client’s web domain or any word or small phrase that identifies it, without spaces. The Subdomain of your client will configure the domain that your client will use in the platform (example: http://mytext.evaluacenter.com), you only have to put the part that replaces “mytext” in the example
  • “Accounting email”, if your client wants copies of orders to arrive at another email, you can put it here;
  • “Type of account”, state whether it is a business or professional account
  • “Plan”, set the pricing plan for your customer

The other “General Data” can be filled in or you can let your client fill them in because when you “Send” this form, your client will receive by email a link to check, complete and/or correct the data

Payment Details

Here you establish, if applicable to your account, the payment method and type of payment for your customer, i.e. how they will pay you. There are three forms of payment; Paypal, Stripe, and Transfer. Please note that depending on the permissions of your account you may not be able to enable some of these forms of payment, the payment method Transfer is always by default. There are three types of payment possible for your customers to pay the credits purchased, note that depending on your account may only have visible, and you may be able to use some of them and not all available.

Charge modules

When you have a “Professional” type account (consultant, head hunter, coach, HR services company, etc.), you can register both business subaccounts (clients who consume evaluations) and professionals (creating your own network of professionals). If this is the case, selecting “Professional” type of account will open a new section called “Charge Modules”, where you will be able to establish what form of collection allows your professional subaccounts (as they will charge their clients). There are three charge modules; Paypal, Cards (Stripe) and Transfer. Keep in mind that according to the permissions of your account you may not be able to enable some of these modules for your sub-accounts to use them, by default you will always have the “Transfer” module (that your sub-account can charge your customers by bank transfer).

Send the invitation to the new account

Once you have completed the data, click on the “Submit” button below, what will happen then?

  1. The system will send an invitation email to your customer
  2. Your client will access the form, complete the data and validate it
  3. You will receive an email and a notification on your “Desktop” to validate that account, you can check it again or simply “Activate” it
  4. Both will receive a confirmation email and your client will be able to start creating their evaluation projects

Resend the access link again

Do you need to send the access link again so that your client can fill in the company details? In the main page of “Account Management,” you will see the list with the accounts that you manage, in the account that corresponds to the client to whom you want to send the access again you will see a button of “Forward access”

2. Users of my account

Your Evaluacenter account can be used by different people at the same time, this is what we call “Users”. There are 4 types of users and each type defines what you can or cannot do or see on the platform (which we call “roles”). You can have several users of each type (e.g. several main administrators).

Main Administrators:

  • They can see and do everything on the platform.
  • An account must have at least one Main Administrator.
  • A main administrator can delete any other user, including other main administrators, however, the account must always have at least one Main Administrator.
  • You can create projects and assign them or include other users in projects.

Administrators (secondary):

  • They can:
    • Do everything a principal administrator does including buying credits
  • They can’t:
    • View projects created by main admins in which they have not been included as users

Managers:

  • They can:
    • View only projects they have created or in which they are included as users
    • Create projects (if there are credits)
    • Create Target (job) DISC profiles
    • Create competencies and sets of competencies
    • Include other users in projects
  • They can’t:
    • View projects or evaluations (in the General Panel of Evaluates) in which they are not included as users of the project
    • Acquire credits
    • See nothing in the administration section

Controllers: They are usually supporting persons who create invitations or control who has or has not done the test to send them reminders, or download the reports, etc.

  • They can:
    • Access to the management of those projects in which they have been included.
  • They can’t:
    • See nothing on the platform except the management of their projects
    • Buy credits and create projects, etc.

When you create a new user who is not in the system, he will receive an email with the invitation and will agree to register his data in order to use the platform according to his role. If you are already in the system (for example, as evaluated), you will receive the invitation by email and you will log in with your email and password that you configured when you first accessed the platform.

Any user of any role can at the same time be evaluated (or be assigned with a Target DISC Profile test) since each user has in his desktop menu an option called “Personal Desktop” where he can perform the tests assigned to him.

In this section, you can see all the users of your account and which projects each one has assigned as well as delete users

1. My account

By accessing through the menu “Administration” option “My account” will open the information of your account where you can see:

  • The email of the main administrator and the subdomain you CANNOT change
  • The data of your company that you can change
  • The type of account, pricing plan, country, currency and taxes applied to your account that you CANNOT change
  • The forms and type of payment for your account that you CANNOT change
  • In case of professional accounts: The collection modules (the way you charge your customers) that you have assigned to you, as well as the data you must enter for your configuration (IDs, passwords, apis, signatures), note that you can have enabled for your account only some of those available in the system, the default module in your account is bank transfer. You will find that you can enter the holder of your account and your account data, this will be used in the communications of orders that customers you manage make in the platform
