We are pleased to present the new functionality:

ADDING DISC MODULES TO ALREADY GENERATED REPORTS.

Now you can add DISC modules to a report even if it is already generated. Within a DISC project, we select the report(s) to which we want to add a module and click on the new button “Add modules”. Select the modules to include and ready to download.

For the Premium and Sales versions, there is no cost to add modules. For the Basic and Standard versions, the cost is the one that has the module itself. Attention is essential to have enough credits before adding additional modules.

We are pleased to present the new:

DISC Telework Profile Module.

This new module allows us to understand the strengths and weaknesses of a person in the remote work environment, as well as the best ways to communicate with other colleagues working in the same way.

We find 4 areas of the remote work profile with respect to the person being assessed, which are:

• Communication style with colleagues and supervisors
• Work organization and productivity
• Reporting and feedback management
• Areas of special strength

We also find a guide on how to communicate and interact from our profile to other types of DISC profiles.

As with the other DISC modules, in the Premium Version, it is free, in the Standard and Basic Versions it costs 3 credits. Reports already generated can NOT be updated with this module, although we are working on it.

A new way to fulfill the Radar assessment

Now it’ s easier to fulfill the Radar 360º assessment, with these improvements:

• When you take the radar test, only one question comes up and when you answer it, the next one appears. Previously, they all appeared at the same time.
• Now a “Comments” button appears under each test that the observers are evaluating (if comments were activated in the project), which is much clearer than before when only a pencil icon appeared.
• When we enter a comment, when we save it we can see the printed comment under the valuation of each evaluator.
• In addition, fulfilling the radar assessment on phones was complex in some mobile browsers. Now it is much simpler since the valuation in the mobile version are displayed vertically

Ahora es más fácil cumplimentar el test Radar 360º, con estas mejoras:

• Al realizar el test radar sólo sale una pregunta y al contestarla aparece la siguiente. Antes aparecían todas a la vez.
• Ahora aparece un botón de “Comentarios” debajo de cada evaluado al que los observadores están valorando (si se activaron comentarios en el proyecto), lo que es mucho más claro que antes que sólo aparecía un icono de lapicero.
• Cuando introducimos un comentario, al guardarlo podemos ver el comentario impreso debajo de la valoración de cada evaluado.

1. 32 new DISC Behavioral Competencies modules.

Do you remember that we had 6 DISC modules of behavioral competencies (Operational Positions; Middle Management; Executive Positions; Commercial Competencies; Leadership Competencies)? Well, now we have 32. In addition, these modules are the same positions that you will find in the DISC Target Profiles (Job Profiles) and also in the Competency Games, so you can make triangular assessments aligned. In the DISC Premium its cost is 0 credits. You will find them in the “Behavioral Competencies” tab when creating new projects.

2. All DISC assessment versions have modules.

Until now, only the DISC Premium version had all the modules available. Now all the remaining report versions DISC Standard, DISC Basic, DISC Commercial* and DISC Basic Commercial* have also all the modules for a small cost of 3 or 2 credits per module. The modules that previously had no cost in each version remain the same. That is, now you have the option to add modules to for example the DISC Basic, which will get the Basic report (two sheets) with the additional sheets of the modules. Remember that you can also “upgrade” reports, so you can convert a Basic (2 sheets) into a Standard (7 sheets) or a Premium (14 sheets) plus the modules you include.

*They have modules related to the sales area.

3. Improvements in the 360º Feedback Competencies Radar.

We have added a character counter/limiter in the observer comments so that it is not possible for them to exceed the word limit.
