The three unusual profiles are: Transition profile (or Chameleon); Satisfaction profile (or Superachiever), and; Profile of change, also called dissatisfaction (or burned).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/perfiles-inusuales-en.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-370 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/perfiles-inusuales-en.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"467\" height=\"243\" srcset=\"http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/perfiles-inusuales-en.png 916w, http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/perfiles-inusuales-en-300x156.png 300w, http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/perfiles-inusuales-en-768x400.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 467px) 100vw, 467px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In our reports it is easy to recognize when an unusual transition profile appears. You will see it in two places:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the DISC Map you will see that the letter that identifies the N (natural) or A (Adapted) profile appears inside a red square. On the Profile Graphs page, you will see that below the description of the natural or adapted graph (in this example, the adapted one), a phrase appears naming the type of unusual profile in question, in this example, an unusual profile of Change, also called Dissatisfied (or &#8220;burned&#8221;) and you will see that effectively the bar graph indicates that it is a profile of change being all factors below the average line of 50%.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/change-profile.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-373 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/change-profile-928x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"406\" height=\"448\" srcset=\"http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/change-profile-928x1024.png 928w, http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/change-profile-272x300.png 272w, http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/change-profile-768x848.png 768w, http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/change-profile.png 953w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 406px) 100vw, 406px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In this case, the report will anyway take the highest 2 factors to build the report, just for the evaluee to get a completed report, but you must know unusual profiles are transient and with time and\/or help, the person <strong>must<\/strong> return to a &#8220;normal&#8221; profile, so, be carefully on how do yo &#8220;read&#8221; the report&#8217;s results, especially when the unusual profile happen in the Natural profile, as the &#8220;normal&#8221; profile can be quite different from this transitory one. Lo ver\u00e1s en dos lugares:\r\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>En el Mapa DISC ver\u00e1s que la letra que identifica el perfil N (natural) o A (Adaptado) aparecen con una cuadr\u00edcula roja. Esto significa que el perfil Adaptado es inusual.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/a-cuadricula-mapa.png\"><img class=\"wp-image-367 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/a-cuadricula-mapa.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"401\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\n2. En la p\u00e1gina de Gr\u00e1ficos de perfil, ver\u00e1s que debajo de la descripci\u00f3n del gr\u00e1fico natural o adaptado (en el caso del ejemplo del adaptado), aparece un frase que describe el tipo de perfil inusual del que se trata, en este ejemplo, Perfil de Cambio, tambi\u00e9n llamado Insatisfacci\u00f3n (o \"quemado\") y ver\u00e1s que efectivamente la gr\u00e1fica de barras indica que se trata de un perfil de cambio al estar todas por debajo de la linea media del 50%.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/perfil-de-cambio.png\"><img class=\"wp-image-368 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/evaluacenter.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/perfil-de-cambio-922x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"382\" height=\"424\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nEn este caso, el informe tomar\u00e1 los 2 factores m\u00e1s altos para construir el informe, s\u00f3lo para que el evaluador obtenga un informe completo, pero debes saber que los perfiles inusuales son pasajeros y con tiempo y\/o ayuda, la persona debe regresar a un Perfil \"Normal\", por lo tanto, s\u00e9 precavido sobre c\u00f3mo \"leer\" los resultados del informe, especialmente cuando el perfil inusual ocurre en el perfil natural, ya que el perfil \"normal\" puede ser diferente de este transitorio.
